The professional, trained, and accredited art therapist will guide you with respect, ethics, and sensitivity, in an environment where you can progress at your own pace.
Here, you don't need artistic talent: your experiences, feelings, and imagination are the only tools required. The artwork created becomes a bridge to self-understanding; not for its beauty, but for its ability to reveal, soothe, and transform.
Sessions can be individual, in pairs, or in groups, depending on your needs. This time is for you: a date with your creativity, your emotions… and your own inner light.
